Getting To Know Each Other

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Redemption a great one! There are two things that you can do to take the guess work out of the equation: 1) Listen to a few services online. That way you can get a feel for who we are, the way we like to communicate 2) Fill out the “Plan Your Visit” form. That way you can connect with us, ask us any questions you might have, or even schedule a time to meet with us when you arrive on the weekend.

What To Expect

We engineered our gatherings to be a welcoming and holistic type setting engaging both heart and mind. Redemption is a place for the entire family to grow in their faith.

Our gatherings typically last about an hour and fifteen minutes. Our liturgy opens in a few songs, prayers, and preaching. We close every week with Holy Communion and an opportunity for prayer and response.
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, so dress how every makes you feel comfortable.
Yes we do! Redemption KiDS! meets upstairs in the Red Room.

Our kids program runs during the entire gathering, so we would encourage you to come at least 15 minutes before the service so you have time to sign you kids in (or register them if you’ve never been here before) and bring them to their appropriate room for their morning gathering.

Grades 1st – 5th get the opportunity to worship in the main gathering during the songs and liturgy before their own gathering begins.

We love worship. Singing songs, and prayers connect us to God. We sing a mix of modern music and classic hymns.
At Redemption we engage in liturgy. We aren’t high church, but we do believe Sunday gatherings are a great opportunity for spiritual formation.

Liturgy simply means, the work of the people. This is why we created an interactive gathering where everyone plays a part in making much of Jesus.

This includes: responsive prayers, worship, hymns, expositional preaching, tithes, offerings, and Holy Communion every week.

Preaching is a crucial part of our gatherings. We believe that the Word of God is life, so we faithfully and passionately preach the Bible so that we can experience genuine life change and hope in Jesus.

We mostly preach expositionally which means, verse-by-verse through different texts and topics.

Our sermons typically last about 45 minutes and always have a challenge and a call to response.
